These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement", "Terms") govern the relationship between hm77i ("we", "us", "the Platform", "the Operator") and any individual ("you", "the User", "the Player") who accesses, registers with, or uses the hm77i platform available at https://hm77i.cam and any associated subdomains, applications or services.
This Agreement constitutes the entire and binding agreement between hm77i and the User. By creating an account, making a deposit, placing a wager or otherwise using any feature of the hm77i platform, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms in full, together with any additional policies or rules referenced herein, including the Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gambling Policy.
If you do not accept these Terms, or any part thereof, you must immediately cease using the platform and close your account. Continued use of the platform following publication of any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amendments.

For the purposes of this Agreement, the following terms carry the meanings set out below:
Registration and use of hm77i is subject to the following eligibility requirements. You warrant that all of the following conditions are satisfied at the time of registration and continue to be satisfied throughout your use of the Platform:
Zero Tolerance on Underage Gambling: Any account found to belong to a person under the minimum eligible age will be immediately closed. All deposits and winnings associated with the account will be forfeited. hm77i actively supports measures to prevent underage gambling and cooperates with any applicable reporting obligations.
Each User is permitted to register and maintain only one (1) Account on hm77i. The creation of duplicate, multiple or otherwise unauthorised accounts is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are detected, the Operator reserves the right to close all such accounts and forfeit all balances therein.
You must provide accurate, complete and current information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address and contact email address. You agree to update this information promptly if any of it changes. Providing false, misleading or incomplete information constitutes a material breach of this Agreement.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your account access with any other person. hm77i will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to keep credentials secure. You must notify hm77i support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account.
You may request account closure at any time by contacting support. Prior to closure, all pending wagers will be settled and any verified withdrawal-eligible balance will be processed in accordance with the withdrawal procedure. hm77i reserves the right to close accounts found in breach of these Terms without prior notice.
hm77i is required to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification on all registered accounts prior to processing any withdrawal request and, at the Operator's discretion, at any point during the account lifecycle. Failure to complete KYC verification will result in the suspension of withdrawal rights until verification is satisfactorily completed.

hm77i may conduct additional enhanced due diligence checks and request source-of-funds documentation for transactions that trigger AML thresholds. Users are required to cooperate fully with such requests. Refusal to provide requested documentation may result in account restriction and reporting obligations to relevant authorities under applicable law.
For Pakistani Users: Pakistan CNIC is accepted as a standard proof of identity document. The name on all submitted documents must exactly match the name registered on the hm77i account. Accounts with name mismatches will be flagged for additional review and may be restricted pending resolution.
Deposits to your hm77i Account are subject to the following conditions:
Available deposit methods are displayed in the Cashier section of your Account. The availability of specific payment methods, including those familiar to Pakistani users such as bank transfers through HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah, or mobile wallet references such as Easypaisa, JazzCash and Raast, is subject to change at the Operator's discretion and is not guaranteed. Reference to these payment providers is contextual only and does not imply endorsement, affiliation or guaranteed availability.
Deposit transactions are subject to minimum and maximum limits which are displayed in the Cashier at the time of transaction. Limits may vary by payment method and account tier. The Operator reserves the right to amend these limits without prior notice.
hm77i does not charge fees for processing deposits; however, your payment provider may impose their own transaction fees for which hm77i accepts no responsibility. Deposits are generally credited to your account upon confirmation, subject to processing times that vary by payment method. hm77i does not guarantee specific deposit processing times.
Deposits from payment accounts belonging to third parties are strictly prohibited. All deposits must originate from an account registered in your own legal name. Where third-party deposits are identified, the funds will be returned to the originating payment method and the Account will be subject to review and potential suspension.
Withdrawal of funds from your hm77i Account is subject to the following terms:
To submit a valid withdrawal request, you must: (a) have completed all required KYC verification steps; (b) have no active bonus subject to incomplete wagering requirements that would otherwise restrict withdrawal; (c) have a real-money balance meeting the applicable minimum withdrawal amount; and (d) hold your Account in good standing with no outstanding compliance flags or disputes.
Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for your deposit where technically possible. Where this is not possible, an alternative method may be offered at the Operator's discretion. In all cases, the destination account must be registered in the same legal name as your hm77i Account. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted under any circumstances.
hm77i does not guarantee specific withdrawal processing times. Processing duration is affected by the payment method selected, the completion of KYC verification, any applicable AML review and operational volumes. hm77i will use reasonable efforts to process approved withdrawals in a timely manner but accepts no liability for delays attributable to third-party payment providers.
Withdrawal transactions are subject to minimum and maximum limits which are displayed in the Cashier at the time of the request. The Operator reserves the right to amend these limits and to apply additional controls to large or unusual withdrawal requests pending compliance review.
hm77i may, at its sole discretion, offer promotional bonuses, free bets, free spins, cashback offers and other incentives to registered Users. All such offers are subject to these General Terms and the specific terms and conditions attached to each individual promotion. In the event of any conflict, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.
Unless otherwise specified in the applicable promotion terms, bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement that must be satisfied before any withdrawal of bonus funds or bonus-derived winnings can be processed. The wagering requirement multiplier, the games that qualify and their respective contribution rates, and the period within which the requirement must be met, are specified in the relevant promotion's specific terms.
While a bonus is active on your Account, a maximum single-bet or single-spin limit applies. Exceeding this limit may result in the forfeiture of the active bonus and any winnings attributable to bets placed in excess of the limit. The applicable maximum bet limit is stated in each promotion's specific terms.
hm77i actively monitors for bonus abuse, including but not limited to: wagering patterns designed to exploit promotional terms; creation of multiple accounts to claim the same promotion more than once; and coordinated play between accounts to generate artificial wagering volume. Where bonus abuse is identified, the Operator reserves the right to void the relevant bonus, forfeit associated winnings and suspend or permanently close the Account.
All bonuses carry an expiry period from the date of crediting, as specified in the relevant promotion's terms. Bonus funds and free spins that have not been used, and wagering requirements that have not been completed, within the applicable expiry window will be forfeited automatically without notice.

The following general rules apply to all wagering activity on hm77i. Additional sport-specific, event-specific and game-specific rules may apply and are published within the relevant sections of the Platform.
hm77i reserves the right to refuse, limit, restrict or void any wager at its sole discretion and without obligation to provide a reason. Where a wager is voided prior to event commencement, the stake will be returned to the User's Account balance. Where a wager is voided post-event, the settlement will follow the applicable sport or game rules.
Where any wager has been accepted at odds that are manifestly incorrect due to a technical error, pricing feed error or any other cause, hm77i reserves the right to void the affected wager and return the stake. This applies regardless of whether the event has been settled. hm77i will use reasonable efforts to identify and correct such errors promptly.
For cricket markets — including Pakistan Super League (PSL), ICC T20 World Cup, ICC ODI World Cup, bilateral Test series and all other cricket events offered on the Platform — bets are settled in accordance with the official match result as confirmed by the relevant governing body. In the event of a match abandonment, postponement or weather interruption, settlement follows the specific sport rules published on the Platform. hm77i makes no guarantee of the availability of any particular cricket market at any given time.
Live casino games are operated by third-party studio providers. Game rules, RTP (Return to Player) percentages and pay-table information are governed by the respective game provider's rules, which are accessible within each game. hm77i accepts no responsibility for errors, malfunctions or connectivity failures that occur within third-party game environments. In the event of a verifiable malfunction, the affected game round may be voided and stakes returned.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, hm77i, its directors, officers, employees, agents and licensors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive or exemplary damages arising from or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:
The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. hm77i makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted availability, fitness for a particular purpose or error-free operation of the Platform.
The collection, processing and storage of your personal data is governed by hm77i's Privacy Policy, which forms part of this Agreement and is incorporated herein by reference. By accepting these Terms, you confirm that you have read and understood the Privacy Policy and consent to the processing of your personal data as described therein.

hm77i reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where amendments are material, hm77i will use reasonable efforts to notify registered Users by email or by posting a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the amendments taking effect.
Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and request account closure. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to remain informed of any changes.
These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Operator is incorporated, as specified in the operator's licensing documentation. This governing law clause does not affect any mandatory consumer protection rights you may have under the laws of your country of residence.
In the event of a dispute between a User and hm77i, Users are encouraged to contact the support team in the first instance. hm77i will use reasonable efforts to resolve disputes fairly and within a reasonable timeframe. Where a dispute cannot be resolved through the support process, Users may escalate to any applicable dispute resolution or complaints mechanism available under the Operator's licensing framework.
hm77i does not submit to the jurisdiction of Pakistani courts for disputes arising from the use of the Platform. Users in Pakistan access the Platform at their own legal risk and are advised to seek independent legal advice regarding their rights and obligations before using the service.
